We have 24-hour 911 dispatch service, a full-time police department, certified fire department with three stations and an emergency rescue squad with two fully-equipped ambulances. | • | A general medical clinic, plus chiropractic, holistic, dental, hearing, eye care and massage therapy professionals, is located in Fairfield Bay along with a full-services pharmacy. Good Samaritan Indian Rock Village also operates a Medicare-certified 55-bed skilled nursing care facility, plus assisted-living apartments. There are five hospitals within an hour of the Bay, the closest (Ozark Health Medical Center) in nearby Clinton. Little Rock boasts many world-renowned medical facilities. |

Lakewood Mall, in the heart of the Bay, offers residents and visitors a variety of businesses and shops, with even more choices in the surrounding areas. |
