	Shipping
		Shipping is primarily handled via UPS and Federal Express; we are currently offering Ground shipping at no cost to you... FREE! (Sorry... free shipping does not apply to international orders; please contact us for international shipping fees.) For those who need their purchases sooner, other options are available and will require an additional handling fee. Some items may ship directly to you from the manufacturer. This may result in multiple shipments for different items.
	Returns and Exchanges
		Please contact us prior to returning a product so that we may authorize the return and expect your shipment. We offer a 14-day return policy, which starts the day you receive your merchandise. You will be responsible for the original shipping costs incurred in shipping the merchandise back to us. In addition, you are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to the correct warehouse and shipping the replacement item(s) back to you. (This may incur a restocking fee.) Any returned merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to determine whether a product has been used. We are not responsible for any damages that are caused by the pet using the merchandise. We are not responsible for the loss of returns. We suggest that you use FedEx, UPS, or U.S. Mail, with the proper insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
	Damaged Items
		If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Items we regret cannot be returned due to health regulations are: Pet Tents, Pet Beds, and Pet Carriers. Please not the size and weight limitations for each product to ensure that you have made the correct purchase. In addition, perishable items cannot be returned. The only exceptions to the above is if the product has a manufacturing defect at the time of receipt.
	Back Orders
		If an item is on back order, you will be notified of a tentative date of shipment. You will also be given the option to cancel your purchase.
	Pricing/Sales
		Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
	Sales Tax
		Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Florida residents.
	Privacy Statement
		We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies. Your information is used only for processing and shipping your order.
	Online Security
